IT Craft invites an IT Recruiter to join our team.
The Recruiter will work on technical and non-technical positions across different seniority levels, managing the full recruitment cycle in close collaboration with hiring managers and technical experts.
We focus on building stable, long-term teams for international remote projects and maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements;
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, and offer stage;
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using advanced search techniques, Boolean, and X-Ray;
- Engage candidates and maintain consistent contact;
- Keep candidate data structured and up to date in the ATS;
- Monitor the IT talent market and support hiring decisions with relevant insights.
Skills and qualifications required:
- 1+ year of hands-on IT recruitment experience or strong practical sourcing background;
- Good understanding of the IT job market;
- Confident use of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Telegram, etc.);
- Strong communication and coordination skills;
- Knowledge of psychology relevant to candidate assessment;
- English Intermediate+.
