We’re seeking a Junior IT Recruiter who is ready to develop quickly, take ownership of tasks, and grow into a confident hiring specialist.
Responsibilities:
– Support the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, and offer stage;
– Work with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles;
– Apply sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray) and support candidate search activities;
– Communicate with candidates and ensure a structured, professional hiring process;
– Keep candidate data accurate in the ATS;
– Support other recruitment team activities as needed.
Skills and qualifications required:
– Around 6 months of recruitment experience or strong theoretical knowledge in IT recruitment;
– Basic understanding of IT roles and market structure;
– Familiarity with sourcing platforms and tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Telegram, etc.);
– Strong communication and coordination skills;
– Attention to detail and good organizational skills;
– English at an intermediate level or higher.
