IT Craft is looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to join the team.
In this role, you will be involved in the full recruitment cycle, gaining hands-on experience while working closely with the team.
We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in the profession.
Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, and offer stage;
- Communicate with candidates and ensure a structured and professional hiring process;
- Support collaboration with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles;
- Use basic sourcing techniques such as Boolean and X-Ray search;
- Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS;
- Support day-to-day recruitment activities and team tasks.
Skills and qualifications required:
- About 6 months of experience in recruitment or people-facing roles, or relevant training;
- Basic understanding of IT roles and market structure;
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Telegram, etc.;
- Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail;
- English at an intermediate level or higher.
