IT Craft invites an active and communicative HR manager to join our team, who wants to grow with us and participate in all HR activities of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one meetings;
- Maintain onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Ensuring the process of primary and secondary adaptation;
- Organizing and conducting surveys;
- Participation in the HR brand strategy implementation;
- Preparation and organization of corporate mailings;
- Provide support to contractors including answering questions, researching and resolving issues.
Skills and qualifications required:
- At least 0,5 year of working experience in HR field or in the sphere closely connected to people’s communications;
- Practical experience in key HR processes such as onboarding, conducting one-on-one meetings, exit interviews, etc.;
- Сompleted HR courses or strong theoretical knowledge as a must;
- Basic understanding of psychology;
- At least Intermediate English.
