Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry;
- Proven ability to manage top-tier clients and handle the associated pressure;
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and excellent negotiation abilities;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly changing environment;
- Commercially minded, with strong analytical/numerical skills;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues with assigned customers;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers within the company;
- Continuously monitor customer feedback to anticipate business needs and relay them to the team;
- Regularly report KPIs and account status updates to the Head of Account Management.
