IT Craft invites a Project Manager, IT PMO.

The Project Manager will work under the direction of the Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager in the HUB, taking responsibility for managing and overseeing all aspects of assigned projects.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 8 + years of experience as a Project Manager in IT industry;
  • A certification in program or project management, such as PRINCE Practitioner or PMP;
  • PFQ or PMQ;
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification is required, with preference given to those with additional certifications in areas like Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, or Continual Service Improvement;
  • Familiarity with methodologies and frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile is necessary. PMI-ACP certification is desirable;
  • Experience with and strong understanding of governance frameworks;
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

  • MS Project Experience;
  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • Must be capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and leadership;
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in project management;
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to details, including multi-tasking skills;
  • Proficiency in using Office 365;
  • Developing and tracking budgets;
  • Act as a professional ambassador for the IT PMO Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining the project scope and goals, ensuring all relevant parties are involved and that technical requirements are met;
  • Collaborate directly with clients to make sure deliverables meet the scope, budget, and timeline;
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation;
  • Create and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress;
  • Ensure the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope;
  • Handle any changes related to project scope, timeline, and cost;
  • Coordinate internal resources, 3rd party suppliers and delivery partners as required;
  • Ensure risks and issues are addressed throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Comply with governance as outlined in PMO procedures;
  • Generate project status management reports;
  • Ensure all project documentation is properly created and maintained;
  • Interface with the wider global IT Organization and global IT PMO as necessary e.g. for Design;
  • Work within the company’s financial processes;
  • Engage with stakeholders as required;
  • Always adhering to WSP Health and Safety standards.
