IT Craft invites a Talent Sourcer who is looking to develop as a technical recruiter to join our team.
This role is focused on technical sourcing and early-stage candidate communication, with gradual involvement in full-cycle recruitment. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, supporting the hiring process for international projects.
Responsibilities:
- Actively searching for potential candidates using various sourcing tools and techniques;
- CV screening in line with vacancy requirements;
- Communicating with candidates at early stages;
- Applying Boolean and X-Ray search techniques in candidate sourcing;
- Maintaining and updating candidate data in the ATS;
- Conducting market research and preparing related reports;
- Supporting job postings and other recruitment processes;
- Gradually becoming involved in full-cycle recruitment.
Skills and qualifications required:
- At least 6 months of experience in sourcing or recruitment;
- Strong online research and sourcing skills;
- Knowledge of candidate search tools and platforms;
- Understanding of the IT job market;
- Basic understanding of programming technologies and IT roles;
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Calendar);
- Detail-oriented, patient, and result-focused;
- English Intermediate+.
