IT Craft invites a Team/ Tech Lead .Net+Angular developer to join our team. The essential role of Tech/Team Lead will be to build a bridge between the development team and other stakeholders, enhancing communication, managing expectations, and guiding the team towards the achievement of project goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Design architecture;
- Develop Front-end and Back-end;
- Conduct code reviews;
- Address technical issues, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards;
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship for the team;
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team;
- Coordinate project assignments;
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement;
- Help with managing team priorities and deadlines.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of commercial experience in working with .NET Core with C#, Angular 5+;
- Deep knowledge of SQL, experience in working with MS SQL;
- Experience with Web Services — REST, Web APIs;
- Experience with Azure Portal, DevOps experience;
- Experience with Bitbucket/Git is a must;
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, debugging skills and proactive approach is required;
- Ability to manage team and team dynamics;
- Upper Intermediate English or higher is a must;
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies as a plus.
