We are looking for a hands-on Head of Sales / Senior Sales Lead for an international custom software development company.

This role combines personal sales execution and team coaching. We need someone who can close complex B2B software development deals, work with high-quality leads, mentor sales managers, improve CRM discipline, review follow-ups and proposals, and help the team move opportunities through the pipeline.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in IT services sales, excellent English, solid closing skills, and practical experience with outbound sales, cold outreach, and manual prospecting.

Responsibilities:

  • Personally manage and close selected high-potential B2B opportunities;
  • Run intro calls, discovery calls, commercial discussions, and negotiations;
  • Sell discovery phases, MVPs, custom software development, dedicated teams, outstaffing, and AI-related services;
  • Coach sales managers on deal strategy, follow-ups, proposals, objection handling, and communication;
  • Review CRM pipeline, deal stages, next steps, and follow-up quality;
  • Improve sales process, CRM discipline, and pipeline visibility; 
  • Build and improve cold outreach and manual prospecting processes;
  • Support outbound campaigns, prospecting logic, messaging, and performance tracking;
  • Collaborate with presales, delivery, marketing, and lead generation teams;
  • Optionally represent the company at international events, conferences, and roadshows.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, software development, SaaS, consulting, or technology;
  • Proven ability to close complex international B2B deals;
  • Strong understanding of custom software development sales;
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management;
  • Ability to mentor and support other sales managers;
  • Experience with cold outreach, manual prospecting, and outbound sales;
  • Understanding of sales automation and outreach tools;
  • Strong ownership, structure, and result orientation;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Advanced/fluent English.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous Head of Sales / Sales Lead / Team Lead experience;
  • Experience with AI services or AI tools;
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Reply.io, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, Salesmate, Pipedrive, or similar;
  • Experience attending international business events;
  • Experience building sales playbooks and team coaching systems.
