We are looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead with hands-on experience in marketing for IT services companies, including software development, outsourcing, outstaffing, team extension, or similar B2B technology services.

This is a senior, business-oriented marketing role focused on positioning, lead generation, and marketing performance. The role is suitable for a senior marketer ready to take ownership of marketing coordination and lead-generation growth, without necessarily holding a formal Head of Marketing title.

This is not a purely creative, SMM, or brand-awareness-focused role. We are looking for someone who understands how marketing supports revenue growth by generating qualified leads, improving conversion, strengthening acquisition channels, and helping sales teams create new opportunities.

You will work closely with the CRO and coordinate the existing marketing team, including content, SEO, and external PPC contributors.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Positioning

  • Improve the company’s positioning in the IT services market;
  • Refine value propositions across service lines and target audiences;
  • Identify stronger market niches, verticals, and growth opportunities;
  • Translate business priorities into actionable marketing initiatives;
  • Improve messaging for startup founders, SMBs, product owners, and technical decision-makers.

Lead Generation & Performance

  • Drive growth of qualified inbound leads;
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of SEO, GEO / AI search visibility, PPC, content marketing, landing pages, directories, case studies, and referral initiatives;
  • Monitor marketing performance through business metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, channel effectiveness, and contribution to pipeline;
  • Improve alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.

Website, Content & Marketing Assets

  • Improve website conversion and landing page performance;
  • Coordinate content creation and maintain quality standards;
  • Support development of case studies, portfolio materials, service pages, presentations, and other client-facing assets;
  • Work closely with SEO, PPC, and content specialists to improve traffic quality and conversion.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate internal marketing activities and external contributors;
  • Set priorities, manage marketing initiatives, and review deliverables;
  • Report progress and results to the CRO;
  • Ensure marketing efforts focus on measurable business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing;
  • Experience in an IT services company is required (software development, outsourcing, outstaffing, team extension, or similar);
  • Understanding of software development services, delivery models, and the software development lifecycle;
  • Proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, or marketing performance initiatives;
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, website conversion, content marketing, and B2B buyer journeys;
  • Ability to evaluate marketing activities using business metrics and performance data;
  • Experience working with content teams, SEO specialists, PPC specialists, designers, and external contractors;
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment;
  • Strong ownership, business mindset, and focus on measurable results;
  • Strong written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with GEO / AI search visibility;
  • Experience improving Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, or similar company profiles;
  • Experience building positioning strategies for IT services companies;
  • Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, CRM analytics, or similar tools;
  • Experience supporting sales teams with case studies, presentations, landing pages, and sales enablement materials;
  • Experience using AI tools for marketing research, content analysis, productivity, or workflow optimization.
