IT Craft is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join a project team and support Salesforce operations across business functions.
The role focuses on maintaining and developing the Salesforce environment, ensuring its effective use, and supporting internal stakeholders.
As part of a Revenue Operations function, the Salesforce Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement changes, and improve system processes with a strong focus on data quality and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, configure, and support the Salesforce platform, including ongoing system improvements;
- Implement configuration changes such as flows, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules;
- Manage users and access, including onboarding, offboarding, roles, profiles, permissions, and license management;
- Support end users by resolving internal requests, providing guidance, conducting training sessions, and monitoring user adoption;
- Monitor and improve data quality, identify inconsistencies, and ensure data integrity across the system;
- Assist with data import, export, and updates using tools such as Data Loader;
- Support and maintain integrations with external systems;
- Participate in testing and deployment of Salesforce changes;
- Prepare and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations;
- Support reporting needs by building and maintaining reports and dashboards;
- Assist with operational processes related to deal management, including documentation and process support.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, primarily with Sales Cloud;
- Salesforce Administrator certification ADM-201;
- Experience with Data Loader or similar data management tools;
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization capabilities;
- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules;
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions;
- Experience working with Excel, including basic formulas and data handling;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond promptly to requests;
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
