IT Craft invites a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of a healthcare workforce management platform.The product helps clinic administrators manage staffing needs, optimize workforce operations, assign and track activities, and improve scheduling efficiency.
The ideal candidate has strong product ownership experience, understands B2B SaaS products, and can work closely with stakeholders, users, and engineering teams to turn business needs into clear product priorities and successful product outcomes.

Working Hours:

  • Regular availability until 9:00 PM Kyiv time.
  • Availability until 11:00 PM Kyiv time 2–3 times per week for client calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap;
  • Own product discovery, including user needs analysis, stakeholder interviews, problem definition, and opportunity assessment;
  • Translate business goals, healthcare operations workflows, and user needs into clear product requirements and prioritized initiatives;
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user impact, technical feasibility, and strategic goals;
  • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, delivery, and client-side stakeholders to ensure successful product development and launch;
  • Analyze user feedback, product performance, and operational workflows to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Support the development of features related to staffing, scheduling, workforce optimization, activity tracking, and reporting;
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, and support timely decision-making throughout the product lifecycle;
  • Support product releases, customer onboarding, enterprise integrations, adoption, and post-launch iteration.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management;
  • Experience with healthcare software products and a solid understanding of healthcare operations and workflows;
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS products or complex web platforms;
  • Proven experience in strategic Product Management and end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, including product discovery, defining product vision and strategy, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, delivery, and product lifecycle management;
  • Experience working with cross-functional software development teams, clients, stakeholders, and distributed teams in Agile environments;
  • Ability to translate complex business processes and user needs into clear product requirements;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with workforce scheduling, shift planning, or skill-based resource allocation products, where staff are assigned to shifts based on skills, availability, and operational constraints. This may include healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, or other workforce-intensive industries;
  • Experience with complex enterprise B2B products during customer onboarding, rollout, and integration stages, including integrations with third-party systems such as EMR, HR, payroll, or staff management platforms;
  • Experience with AI-powered optimization, forecasting, workload prediction, or reporting tools.
